Greece is surely an awesome country to visit. Especially Crete! If you get there make sure you go on summer. Beautiful beaches and a golden sun. If you like archaeology, there are a few sites there that are worth visiting. Check Knossos, Faistos!

I would add that many tourists focus on the north eastern coast of Crete like Elounda bay. Those are lovely spots but I would argue that western Crete is Crete’s true gem. The province of Chania and the beaches to the west and south are truly stunning. Take it for someone who has homes for sale in Crete and is fully invested in the island!
