BenQ e-Reading lamp is one of the unique products I have ever seen and I hope you find this BenQ e-Reading LED Lamp Review useful to make a decision!! I am an e-reader as is the case with most of you out there. I love to read my papers and books on my laptop or on my kindle or iPad. Before I was using a traditional desk lamp and I was finding it hard and had to move around a lot to make sure I had the right amount of light on my device.

Unpacking & Installation
When I first opened the box, a whiff of fresh scent is what hit me!!! Yes, they take care of their packaging and make sure the experience to the buyer is just perfect. The installation is just putting the lamp onto the base and voila!! You are all set. It comes in a box like shown below and once you open it, you will see 2 main parts. One is the base (it’s really heavy and sturdy) and the other one is the lamp stand. You will see a small box which is just the adapter.
Features to die for in BenQ e-Reading LED Lamp
I am a visual person and I love to share pics to demonstrate instead of you having to read through a paragraph. So let me share some to give you a sense of features this product boasts about.
Different tones of colors: Warm & Cool. Use the knob on top to press and turn to your desired tone depending on the external light source. I always go with the cool white tone.

As you can see, I can use this lamp to have an evenly spread light across 3 monitors. This is highly impossible with the traditional reading lamp.
The Ring – It is a highly sensitive on-off switch. Touching it anywhere around the circle will toggle the switch. I have had touch-lamps before and always had a hard time with them. But this is way more advanced and well designed. Hassle free touch lamp is what I call it.
Unique design – The boat shaped lamp provides even distribution of light across your desk for easy reading.
Sturdy – The lamp is so sturdy that you will find it difficult to move it around on your desk. I have seen other lamps like this one, where it gradually slumps back on to your desk, but not BenQ. This is designed to be sturdy and stay put in one place.
Standing tall – and above all other lamps available in the market. You can bend and twist as hard as you want at this lamp, it takes any shape you want and any angle you desire.
Glare free – When you angle the e-lamp in the right manner, you can be rest assured that there won’t be any glare on your monitor.

The BenQ e-reading lamp is something valuable to your home. You can use it for your work as well as on your side table to read magazines and books. You have to spend the right money to get a valuable product. There are in-expensive lamps available, but they will not come close to the e-reader when you compare the features. The BenQ e-reading lamp is priced at $220 on Amazon.
