1# Drink Loads of Water and Have a Healthy Diet

Water helps solve numerous health problems and prevents various diseases as well. It cleanses your system and flushes out all impurities from your body.

You must drink at least 2.5L of water every day, depending on your age, weight, and gender. Many experts also believe that drinking water right after you wake up can be very healthy.

It keeps your skin young, nourishes your hair, cleanses your body, helps remove toxins, keeps the body hydrated, makes sure the organs work well, and also keeps your blood pressure under control.

In addition to this, have a balanced diet. Stay away from unhealthy foods and consume fresh fruits and vegetables with a mix of lean meats.

2# Have a Hearty Breakfast

Start your day with a healthy dose of breakfast. Opt for healthy options like eggs, fruits, vegetables, and fresh juices for your breakfast. You can add other things as well but make sure to avoid oily foods.

Your breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It provides you with the energy that you need to go on with the day.

While experts differ on this, some say that you should eat before you go for a morning jog and some believe that it’s better to have a meal right after you’re back.

There’s a cool TED talk on Youtube by a Yoga teacher called Lucas Rockwood, and the talk is called ‘Change Your Breath – Change Your Life’. All these practices have worked very well for me.     What also helped me is meditation. I meditate after I woke up and before I go to bed. Now I’m a more relaxed and overall happer person.

I have seen great effects to my health since I started doing this 4 months ago. Even my skin got a lot smoother and cleaner!   • Hi, I’m in my late twenties and I drink a lot of water. I try to drink two cups of water first thing in the morning and during the day, I drink water continuously to make sure I stay hydrated and I must say, I have not fallen ill for a very long time. Sometimes when I feel like i’m coming down with something, instead of going to the hospital, especially when it’s only just starting, I make sure I drink lots of water and in a day the feeling disappears and I feel way better. Water works.

  • Regular exercise each day for a little time I find works for me. Plus the right type of food meaning unprocessed. It’s not difficult just requires some discipline.

  • Let me say a few things: first of, soda. It contains a high amount of sodium in addition to plenty sugar. Salt attracts water which contributes to your weight. Also, the excess sugar would be converted to fat. Junk food is loaded with fat, sugar and salt. I am sure you know where these go in the body eventually. So i totally agree that every body serious about weight loss should seriously reduce their intake. The most important strategy however, is exercise. Good luck!
