Gaming On The Go

How often have you seriously thought of hosting a “Game Night” at your house or may even have gotten an invite from a friend to join a Poker Game. A few years back, all we could think of was board games or maybe to some extent, Wii games. Now, with the invasion of mobile phones, the gaming platform has immense potential to open up their resources and come up with new games which can be easily downloaded onto a cell phone within minutes and the user can be engrossed in fighting a monster or even fling an Angry Bird to kill some Pigs who stole it’s eggs!!!!

You probably know what I am referring to in my last statement there, the game Angry Birds has become so popular that I even had an article earlier  about Online Stores that sell Angry Bird mementos. The game was so intense and addictive that everyone from kids to adults got hooked onto it in no time and started conquering new levels in the game, which was exactly what Rovio (the game founder) wanted. They started releasing new versions and even some season specific Angry Birds games on all mobile platforms.

What Platform –

Let us see what gaming platform is popular these days. Gone are the days when we used to sit around the coffee table playing dominoes or scrabble or even the ever famous monopoly. Kids these days are hooked onto their mobile devices and believe it or not, Apple’s iPhone has been voted the most popular hand-held gaming device today. And why not? iPhone allows every sort of game to be available with whatever experience you are looking for, be it the old-fashioned puzzles or the Angry Birds series, you can enjoy the game on an iPhone as with any other Android device as well.

With the little primitive devices like the Wii or a Sony PS3 or a Microsoft XBox, the user is again expected to be wired to the Television Set and hold a hand-held device. Of course this has it’s own benefits as compared to a touch-screen mobile device with a better visual experience and sound-effects. Also there are many games out there which are still only compatible with these devices. But it wont be long before these systems will be replaced by the mobile devices due to the fact of easy availability and mobility which is what is called today as ‘Gaming On The Go”.

Tablets – With a new tablet getting released every week, the slightly bigger screen is a welcome change for gamers when compared to the 5inch phones. The iPAD and the new Microsoft Surface will hold a bigger vantage point when speaking about the gaming experience with more flexibility and a better interface. The screen resolution has considerably improved from the initial versions of the tablets thus making these the most preferred hand-held devices.

Online Casinos –

Dont be surprised, it is true!!!! The gaming platforms have become so well advanced that it is even possible to gamble online. There are several online casino providers out there and all you need to do is to download their mobile apps on your smartphone and start throwing in those dice!!!

Ladbrokes.com is one such company which has every need of a gambler satisfied with their variety of applications and immense features fed into each one which makes your online gambling experience fun and entertaining. You now have an opportunity to play Poker online using their latest Mobile Poker App for Android devices. All you need to start playing is a Ladbrokes Poker account and an Android phone. You can play for real money if you have money in your account or you can play on the fun money tables. Can it get any simpler??

Scan the QR Code with your smart phone scanner. Your mobile phone may come with a barcode scanner, if not you can download and install a QR Code scanner app from the Android Market.

Once you have installed the QR Code scanner app, open the app and point your camera at the QR Code. The scan usually takes a few seconds to process. If at first it doesn’t register straight away, please try again. Try holding your phone steadier, closer to the QR Code or even further away. Be sure that you are scanning the entire QR code.
