There is lots of information out there about how to make the perfect coffee, but in the end it all ‘boils’ (!) down to creating the perfect conditions for the coffee, water and milk molecules to combine effectively.

  1. Would you believe it if I told you that I’ve never had coffee? I might give it a try after seeing the infographic though. Looks delicious (on paper). Plus, the added benefits would help during workout hours. I normally drink plain water. Will give it a try.
