  1. Great info about coffee Praveen. Coffee is so widely used in the World. Especially here in America. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and every convenience store sells a boat load of coffee a day.

    1. Justin – I agree with you, it has gained popularity with all these cafes and corner shops coming up fast these days. I like the Dunkin coffee better than any other ones, but these days McD has the latte which seems to be pretty good.

    I never really knew coffee had so many benefits! Yes, I knew that having anything in moderation is good, though tea and coffee should always be had within limits due to various other reasons!

    I guess I better start drinking more of it now – 🙂 Heading over to make myself a cup of coffee, though I wonder if tea is as good or better?

      1. Green tea does have the antioxidant properties for sure, but I was basically talking about the black tea we have with little milk at our end. I don’t think it has that many benefits as compared to green tea or coffee. But yes, anything in excess is bad as they say. 🙂

        1. Well…tea as compared to coffee is supposed to have more caffeine (the BAD ingredient), and of course i read this somewhere way back. 

          Glad you both could relate with this article and hope you liked your cup of coffee Harleena. A cup keeps me active for atleast 2hrs, and i can easily notice the difference when I go without one.

  4. There is only one thing that gives Coffee so many health benefits and that is the Antioxidants in the coffee seeds. I am coffee obsessed but anything too much can always be harmful. Helpful article.
